Right of withdrawal

At Topmo-plus, in accordance with European distance selling law, you can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. So you don't have to give a reason for the return; However, this may be useful for us to improve our service and offering. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by you.


Before returning a product, please inform our customer service in advance (topmo-plus@outlook.com). You will then be sent a return document, which simplifies the return process.
Conditions:


§ We only accept returns where all of our return conditions have been met. Any deviation from this may result in us refusing the return.
§ The products must be undamaged and in the undamaged original packaging. The products must not show any signs of use and must only be inspected and treated as they would be in a retail store. If you still install or use the goods, this means that you accept the goods.
§ The products must be undamaged and unused and in the undamaged original packaging.
§ Once you have received your return document, you have 30 calendar days to deliver your return to us.
Exceptions:
§ The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to customer specifications or intended for a specific person.
§ The right of withdrawal does not apply to used, damaged or incomplete items.
§ The European right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (i.e. customers with a company name and/or a VAT identification number).
§ The European right of withdrawal applies exclusively to orders delivered to one of the 28 EU member states.
Type of cancellation and return:
To cancel and return your order, follow these steps:
1. Within 14 days of receiving your ordered product, let us know that you want to return your purchased product using the standard form or by email. Always include your customer number and the products you would like to return. Once you have received the return document, you have 30 calendar days to send us your return. Providing a reason for the return is not required, but may be useful for us to improve our service.

2. You ship the product at your expense and risk to the following address:

If the product is lost or damaged during return, this will be your responsibility and Topmo-plus cannot be held liable.

If you are making a return from a country outside the European Union, please always use a private parcel service (e.g. UPS, TNT, DHL, ...), not the national post office. If you still ship with the national post office, you are responsible for all customs formalities.

3. After the return arrives at our warehouse, we will check whether the product complies with the return conditions and inform you of our decision by email. If the product meets the return conditions, we will credit the full order amount to your account.

Note: We will refund the price paid and the cost of shipping to you (if charged). The shipping costs for the return will be borne by you.

If the product deviates from our returns policy to a limited extent (i.e. if the product is still suitable for resale), the return may still be accepted. However, in this case you may be charged costs for a reduction in value.

4. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it remains your property and you must collect it again within 30 calendar days. In this case, we can return the product to you using a parcel service at your request and expense. If the refused return is still in our warehouse after 30 calendar days, you will be informed by email that the product is no longer our responsibility. From this point on you may be charged for storage costs.
